Alvatec Tube Getter (ATG) back to products  Our ATG is a high capacity NEG available in two different tube diameters (8mm/12mm). The minimum tube length is 80/100mm, longer length can be produced on request. The tube material is stainless steel (1.4301). The opening for the gas inlet can be designed as a window in the tube, protected by a stainless steel mesh (DIN 1.4301). The ATG is activated by direct heat transfer to the temperature sensitive sealing area at a temperature of about 165 °C. The full activation of the TG will take place after minutes.
